Solution Architect

What you'll be doing:
1. Provide pre-sales technical advisory services to sales teams (5%)
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Analyze and understand customer requirements.
Design and architect solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Assist with project cost and resource estimation.
Provide technical diagrams and documentation.
2. Interface with key decision makers (CIO to IT staff) of current & potential customers (15%)
Understanding Customer’s business goals.
Building relationships of trust & trusted advisor.
Participate in technology assessments.
Collaborating on roadmaps and planning.
Handling technical concerns and objections.
3. Design differentiated technical solutions that fit & solve customer challenges (30%)
Create customized solutions and designs.
Customization and integration.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Evaluate and select technology.
4. Advance solution specifications internally for product fulfillment (5%)
Translate Customer requirements.
Collaborate with product management.
Define technical implementation details.
Align with engineering teams.
Evaluate risks and constraints.
5. Gain and maintain a deep understanding of product sets and provide feedback into their evolution (5%)
Product research and analysis.
Participate in product development meetings.
Testing and validating new product features.
Sharing Customer feedback.
6. Assume the lead for technical responses on RFP, RFQ, and RFI documents (5%)
Review and analyze technical request.
Develop technical Solutions proposals.
Write and edit technical response.
7. Aid sales team in understanding technical solutions (30%)
4-6 Customer facing meetings a week.
Participate in discovery session and proposal presentations.
Develop proposals in partnership with Sales.
Training and knowledge transfer to help enhance sales skills.
Answer technical inquires from sales.
What you will Bring:
In-depth understanding of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, databases, and operating systems.
Proficiency in various architectural frameworks and methodologies, such as OSI Layer 1, 2 and 3 networking The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) or Zachman.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their respective services.
Strong knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN, MPLS, EPL, EVPL, VPLS.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing (BGP,etc).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Team, Operator Connect, Time Phone Mobile.
Strong knowledge of Meraki and Cisco.
Strong knowledge of Contact Center, VOIP, SIP.
Expertise in designing and architecting complex solutions using a combination of on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Proficiency in programming languages, scripting, and automation tools to support solution design and implementation.
Knowledge of security best practices and experience in designing secure solutions.
Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Familiarity with service-oriented architectures (SOA), APIs, and microservices.
Excellent understanding of business processes, models, and challenges across various industries and domains.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex customer requirements and design appropriate solutions to address them.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and C-level executives.
Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week.
