Job Description:

We are searching for a resourceful, decisive, and innovative team player to add value to our team as a Direct Sales Representative. This role is a blend of direct consumer sales and relationship management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) managers while driving direct sales to consumers to sign up for Tre’dish. You will be accountable for delivering the assigned territory’s sales goals by acquiring new customers. The Direct Sales Representative manages, maintains, and develops new relationships as a key representative for Tre’dish.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with MDU (Multi-Dwelling Unit) managers (e.g., apartments, condos, townhouses)

  • Handle the full cycle of relationship building (Call building contact – Propose Event – Book Event – Host Event – Thank building Contact)

  • Seek out new opportunities within the MDU market

  • Update an online database on a consistent, daily basis

  • Weekly scheduling of face-to-face meetings and calls with MDU managers

  • Direct sales to consumers within the MDUs to sign up for Tre’dish membership

  • Follow up to make sales after securing deals with MDU managers

  • Sales experience is an asset

  • Able to work in a team environment
