SCR 2-5yr Experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician in Brainerd, Minnesota

OurCoreValues Perseverance / Integrity / Family / Stability / Competency Roles and Responsibilities Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration systems Use diagnostic tools and techniques to identify HVAC/Refrigeration system issues and provide effective solutions Communicate with customers to explain service needs, offer solutions, and ensure satisfaction with completed work Ensure all HVAC/Refrigeration systems are properly calibrated to manufacturer specifications Replace faulty parts, components, or systems as required, following industry best practices Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation Adhere to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates to provide high-quality service Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements Degree/Diploma/Certification in HVAC/R Universal EPA Certification 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC/R commercial service experience Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Current, valid driver s license Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems; skilled in using diagnostic tools and equipment Ability to work independently and a part of a collaborative team Preferred Skills PLT Licensed, or registered unlicensed PLT Previous experience working with HVAC software or mobile apps Strong customer service Physical Requirements Ability to carry and lift heavy equipment (up to 100 pounds) Comfortability working in varied environments, i.e. commercial sites, outdoors, etc. Ability to work in cramped spaces, on ladders, and in high or tight areas What's in it for You Health Insurance with company-match HSA Company vehicle and fuel card Opportunities for career growth and development Company-paid Dental, Life, and Short-term Disability insurance 401k/Profit sharing Vacation, Holiday, and Sick pay EEO/AA/M/F/Vets/Disabled
