Confidential Employer Diesel Mechanic in Bradford, Pennsylvania
Local company seeking mechanic for preventative maintenance and repairs of trucks, tractors, front-end loaders, skid loaders, pickup trucks, tanks and other equipment. This individual will be responsible for completing purchase orders concerning the shop, changing oil and filters and lubricating all vehicles monthly; repair mechanical breakdowns; keep maintenance schedule and update records as work is completed; watch for mistreated equipment or equipment in need of repair; make periodic inspections of vehicles; order parts and maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies. Minimum 1 years experience in the heavy equipment industry required. Must have field mechanic experience going to job sites. Diesel engine experience and hydraulics highly preferred.
