As part of this role, you will:
- Provide technical support to employees
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
- Use our help desk ticketing system to manage and document support call

Work Location:Bradenton, FL
The Technical Support Level II position provides level 2 PC hardware/software, Telephone/Fax/Voicemail, and Networking support to internal departments.
As part of this role, you will:
- Provide technical support to employees
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
- Use our help desk ticketing system to manage and document support call
What you need to bring to this role:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate's degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant technical experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required
- Valid driver's license required
- Working knowledge on the use and maintenance of the following preferred
