In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Network Technician.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
The Network Technician is responsible for level-one network technical support. He/she assists the Sr. Network Technician in the installation of network infrastructure equipment including server equipment, communications backbone equipment, and telecommunications hardware.
As part of this role, you will:
- Provide level-one network support assistance in resolving communications and networking problems
- Monitors LAN and WAN system performance
- Maintain network documentation
- Assist in the installation, upgrading, and maintenance of network equipment
- Provide technical telephony assistance to users
- Respond to all work-related communications (letters, email, voicemail) promptly
