In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Human Resources Operations Non-Clinical Recruiter.

Work Location: Bradenton, FL

As part of this role, you will:

  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates
  • Conducting thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences
  • Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Negotiating offers and facilitating the onboarding process for selected candidates
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management

The Human Resources Operations Non-Clinical Recruiter plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of MCR Health. This position involves close collaboration with hiring managers and department heads to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. The Human Resources Operations Non-Clinical Recruiter is also responsible for conducting background checks, verifying credentials, and assisting with onboarding new employees.

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred), or at least five (5) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required
  • Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
  • A Valid Government Issued photo ID
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and its recruitment needs
  • Familiarity with job posting sites, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
