In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Director of Eye Care Operations.

Work Location Bradenton, Florida.

The Director of Eye Care is responsible for overseeing all aspects of eye care services within a healthcare institution or organization. This role involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring high-quality patient care in all Eye Care Services. This includes coordination of all Clinics and mobile unit deployments/community events. The Director of Eye Care collaborates with medical professionals, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and promote excellence in eye care delivery.

*As part of this role, you will:*

• Develops and implements strategic plans for eye care services in alignment with organizational objectives
• Identifies growth opportunities and areas for improvement in eye care delivery
• Analyzes market trends, patient demographics, and competitor strategies to inform strategic decision-making
• Oversees the day-to-day operations of ophthalmology and optometry departments
• Manages budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of eye care services
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, quality assurance protocols, and patient safety guidelines
• Implements efficient workflows and processes to optimize patient flow and enhance operational efficiency with a culture of excellence

What you need to bring to this role:

• Highschool Diploma required
• Bachelors degree or 5+ years in Healthcare Management strongly preferred or at least five (5) years of job-related experience or a combination of education and experience required
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare management required, with specific experience in eye care services preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills is necessary for this role
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and reimbursement processes required
• Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and billing required
• Familiarity with clinical operations, quality improvement, and performance metrics required
• Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams
• Valid government issued photo ID required during company tenure
