Cadence Design Systems, Inc. Sr Hardware Sales Executive in Bracknell, United Kingdom

The Cadence European sales organization continues to grow the Hardware assisted verification segment with Cadence’s Palladium and Protium products, and is currently looking for a senior sales leader to continue this strong Hardware solution growth with our customers and prospects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the European Account Executive team, coordinating sales efforts with Cadence’s Global and regional account teams to address Hardware assisted verification opportunities with automotive, AI/ML, 5G, Hyperscalers and other high growth market segments. The candidate will have a strong sales background, strong leadership abilities, along with technical background across multiple technologies, semi and systems ecosystem including Cadence's solutions. These experiences will be leveraged to help educate sales teams and drive successful sales campaigns. There is a significant amount of new technologies and solutions based on AI/ML, 3DIC and Chiplets design and verification that would require tight coordination and execution between the customer, Sales, and RnD. The successful candidate will help coordinate these efforts directly and through leadership of the European team members to align Cadence multi-platform solutions to achieve our customer's goals and challenges.

Ideal Requirements:

  • 15 plus years of experience in semiconductor, system ecosystem, with Cadence solutions

  • 10 plus years of direct sales and business development experience

  • 5 plus years of team management experience

  • Experience forecasting (SFDC) and achieving quarterly Booking and Revenue goals

  • Ability in structuring, negotiating, and closing contracts

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills

  • Self-motivated and results-driven

  • Creative business thinking
