Bozeman Health Aesthetician (PT- 0.75 fte) in Bozeman, Montana

Position Summary:

The Aesthetician exists to evaluate skincare needs of medical spa clients/patients and recommend and perform non-invasive spa services such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, silkpeels, facials, laser/IPL treatments and skincare products.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Montana Licensure (Aesthetician)

  • Minimum of 1 year experience

  • Preferred: 3 to 5 years of experience

Essential Job Functions:

  • Conducts one-to-one consolations with their clients/patients, to identify client goals.

  • Recommends and performs aesthetic services and products to achieve optimal results for patient’s skincare needs and educate clients on each line the medical spa carries.

  • Assesses patient progress through questioning and examination, and review skincare treatment options as necessary.

  • Obtains and maintains detailed patient case history and regular follow-up with clients after treatments.

  • Corresponds with Spa Services Supervisor on daily scheduling, room preparation, patient file maintenance and aesthetician supplies.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Creativity, problem analysis and decision making

  • Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity and maintains confidentiality

  • Computer applications, MS Office, EMR, internet applications and standard office equipment

  • Detail oriented, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize

  • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal and teamwork skills
