Job Description

One of Insight Global's construction and engineering clients is hiring a QA and Safety Manager to support the installation and development of an up and coming 90-acre water purification facility. This opportunity is located onsite 5-days a week in West Palm Beach on a contract-to-hire basis.

This is a hybrid role between safety management and quality assurance management. This individual will be working alongside project managers, construction specialists and superintendents. Responsibilities will include managing and implementing the company's safety plans, ensuring compliance with quality standards, reviewing documentation that is provided from various tools in the field, and other ad hoc requests. To be a successful addition to this team and project, this individual needs to consistently demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of experience of quality assurance with water/wastewater treatment or storm water system construction

Familiar with the 3 phases of QA

Strong civil construction/engineering background

Demonstrated ability to review documentation from the field

Holds an active CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician) certification

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Educational degrees or further certifications

CQM (Certified Quality Manager) Certification null
