Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Construction Safety Manager to work a long term contract with one of our largest technology clients in the Southern Virginia area. This person will be needed to periodically respond to data center construction sites to intervene when there is an increase in safety incidents. Candidates will be responsible for responding to the construction site to perform a deep dive and help facilitate an improvement strategy. This person will also participate as an EHS advisor on individual sites and will play a role in the development of baseline regulatory procedures. Responsibilities will include the coordination and implementation of these SMPs and/or to support other high level programmatic procedures and policies, attending initial orientation with all EHS managers and Project Executives, a deep understanding and drive to uphold the highest level of safety standards. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience as a safety manager.

Pay Rate Range 95,000 - 160,000/year

Skills and Requirements

10 years' experience in a role with formal qualification in EHS management., with relevant experience in construction Health & Safety.

10 years of experience within Civil Construction

10 years of experience within Electrical Construction

Previous Experience working on Large Scale Construction Projects

OSHA 500 certification

MEP Experience

HRA - Hazard Risk Analysis Data center construction experience null
