Coordinator, Recruitment and Outreach Bowling Green State University Salary: Depends on Qualifications Job Type: Full-Time Division: Enrollment Management Opening Date: 08/15/2024 Location: Main Campus (BG), OH Job Number: BGSU00533 Department: Enrollment Management Closing: Summary This position provides leadership and oversight for recruitment and outreach initiatives related to Bowling Green State University's programs of focus. This position will be responsible for creating and executing a thorough recruitment and yield strategy focused around targeting prospective students with the academic interests of the defined programs. This recruitment and yield strategy will be executed through a variety of channels including a comprehensive communication plan, participation in small and large recruitment events, as well as personalized appointments. Manages communication/interactions with students using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Essential Functions • Development of a comprehensive recruitment and yield strategy for prospects focused around BGSU programs of focus. Development of this strategy will include an in-depth data analysis of historical program data to determine strategy, goals, and objectives. This data will be used to craft initiatives throughout the calendar year that will target, impact and engage prospects interested in each individual programs to encourage enrollment at Bowling Green State University. • Communicate, counsel, support and guide students through major/college search process. This duty will be addressed through individual student appointments and communication, internal and external events, group presentations, and marketing campaigns. • Travel to college fairs and secondary schools as needed when the external events directly correlate with the programs of focus. • Support Bowling Green State University Office of Admissions overall recruitment and yield initiatives. Position will serve as active member of Admissions team participating in, and supporting, recruitment events and initiatives. Duties may include small and large event attendance, presentations, prospective student appointments, committee work, application review and more. • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications The following Degree is required: • Bachelor's Degree. Degree must be conferred at time of application.
