Fruit of the Loom Merchandising Coordinator in Bowling Green, Kentucky

Description/Job Summary The Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all styles are production ready by coordinating with cross-functional team members. Responsibilities also include managing PLM details to ensure manufacturing has the necessary information required for production. Responsibilities/Duties Project Management: Assists Merchandising team with key projects. Order samples for showroom. Merchandising Coordination: Ensure all styles are ready for production. This may include but is not limited to: Keeping track of sew plan due dates, attending production and team meetings, coordinating approvals and development, requesting codes, following up on missing information and coordinate with cross functional teams. Create and maintain the production style books. PLM Management: Manage PLM details to ensure manufacturing has necessary information required for production in a timely manner. Maintain PLM log. Track and manage all PPR, PPCR routings. Communication: Interact with all necessary cross-functional groups to ensure first production meets expectations of development. Approve all packaging templates, approve deviations. Color: Work on CFR's treatment codes, CMR's-active colors on new sub-straits. Prepare and communicate color flow information and standards for sales samples. Prepare and submit approved artwork and strike-offs. Required Experience Entry to 1 year of related work experience (e.g., design, fashion merchandising, retail) Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
