Fruit of the Loom, Inc. Digital Media Manager in Bowling Green, Kentucky

Position Summary

The Digital Media Manager works with the Director of Digital Media & Operations to define and implement the digital marketing strategy for all brands of Fruit of the Loom, Inc. In partnership with each brand’s ownership team, the Digital Media Manager defines the budget to be allocated per retailer, as well as the goals, campaigns and products to support. Responsibilities include executing that plan, adjusting as needed and reporting results back to the business. The Digital Media Manager works with external retail partners, including Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, Roundel, Kohls/PromoteIQ, and search partners like Google and Bing, with the goal of getting the most out of every dollar spent, for all brand.com and our retail partners’ websites. This role collaborates with the brand.com digital team on demand generation strategies to ensure brand.com reinforces and delivers on brand and business objectives. Key KPIs for this role include driving site traffic for brand.com and retail.com (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kohl’s, Macy’s, etc.), engagement, conversion, sales volume/value, ROAS, and consumer loyalty.

Specific Responsibilities

Digital Best Practices: Develop digital marketing strategy to meet retail.com and brand.com e-commerce targets for sales, customer acquisition and retention, including identifying new profitable opportunities to reach consumers. Support each brand’s ownership team and assist in development of objectives, KPIs, digital tactics and reporting thereof. Implement and analyze programs to grow retail.com and brand.com sales through improved digital programs for key accounts. Partner with Brand ownership to establish those targets and programs.

Search Optimization : Manage search SEO/PPC programs. Provide goals and assess performance and integration of digital campaigns, SEM, SEO, mobile, content marketing and e-commerce activities, collaborating with internal departments, partners and agencies.

eCommerce : Collaborate with and support the Digital team in growing the brand.com sites. Provide guidance and assist as needed with content, merchandising, marketing and operations related to these sites.

Analysis and Profitability : Track product performance against KPIs. Analyze site traffic, product assortment, conversion, sales volume, consumer behavior and consumer satisfaction, and make regular recommendations to optimize performance and improve our site profitability.

Digital Brand Voice: Ensure consistency of Brand message across Digital Media

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge of Digital Media techniques and tools, as well as associated best

  • Strong analytics and project management skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Marketing & Analytics, Amazon Advertising, Microsoft Advertising and Facebook Business Manager.

  • Experience with Google Analytics and the Salesforce suite

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead projects where tasks may not be clearly defined; mobilize cross-functional teams and creatively solve problems.

  • Self-starter with excellent communications skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative team spirit with ability to forge productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Job Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, e-commerce and managing digital and integrated campaign initiatives for a brand, CPG or apparel company, retailer/direct response marketer or agency team.
