Fruit of the Loom Digital Media Analyst in Bowling Green, Kentucky

Description/Job Summary Fruit of the Loom, an independent, wholly owned subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc. & leading international basic apparel company, has an immediate opening for a Digital Media Analyst* at its Corporate Headquarters in Bowling Green, KY. The *Digital Media Analyst provides analytical support for the eCommerce and Digital Marketing teams to enhance decision making and support the development and delivery of digital media initiatives. Responsibilities include developing key performance metrics, identifying digital media trends, and making recommendations based on learnings. Further, this role assists with building the annual digital media plan, and supports the execution of an affiliate program, retail.com digital media tactics, brand.com paid search initiatives and email. This role assists the Digital Media Buyer, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Digital Marketing on overall brand.com and retail.com goals and provides digital media recommendations based on partnership with our external digital agency. Key KPIs for this role include return on ad spend, driving site traffic, engagement, conversion, sales volume/value and consumer loyalty. Responsibilities/Duties Digital Media: Collaborate with and support the Marketing and Digital teams on overall brand.com and retail.com goals. Provide guidance and assist as needed in developing digital media plans to support the brands' business objectives. Management of Paid Media: Manage the Digital Search agency and their handling of our paid digital programs. Provide goals and assess performance and integration of digital campaigns, content marketing and eCommerce activities, collaborating with internal departments, and external partners and agencies. Analysis and Profitability of Paid Media: Track campaign and product performance against KPIs. Analyze site traffic, product assortment, conversion, sales volume, consumer behavior and consumer satisfaction, and make regular recommendations to optimize performance and improve our digital profitability. Interpret and share digital media results with marketing and sales teams. eCommerce: Collaborate with and support the rest of the Digital team in growing the brand.com sites. Provide guidance and assist as needed with email, affiliate, marketing and search related to these sites. Digital Brand Voice: Partner with Brand Communications within each Brand to ensure consistency of Brand message across Digital Media. Required Experience * 0-3 years of job experience in eCommerce a plus Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business a related field * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Salesforce suite preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) required * Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work cross-functionally * Self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
