Convention Data Services, Inc. Software Analyst in Bourne, Massachusetts

The Software Analyst works with the client?s technical team to build data integration solutions using our ELT tools and in house products. Works with product support team to identify new integration products and features. This is a salaried, exempt position and reports to the Manager, Product Integrations. Virtual work arrangement. This is a US based position, sponsorship not available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create ELT Pipelines in GATHR UI for bringing data into or out of CDS APIs/Databases Train/support client on proper use of CDS APIs First level of integration support for client?s technology team Work with development team to identify bugs and new features for integration products Discuss event data/integration needs with client and build processes in ELT and in-house CDS applications mostly via UI/SQL config records/tools. Monitor integration logs for trends/issues/troubleshooting. Create trouble tickets (JIRA) when bugs are found in an application Work with Product Managers to make sure client feature needs are on roadmaps. Escalate requests to development team for feature buildout when needed. Run the integrations technical part of client calls. Required Skills: JSON XML Basic SQL (Select, Update, Delete type operations) Knowledge of HTTP/API protocols Experience working with APIs Technology minded Customer support abilities Project Management ability/Organization Skills Preferred Skills: Experience with C#/.Net or other programming languages Experience with GATHR or other ELT tools Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience: 2-5 years of technical support experience Technical Degree preferred or equivalent experience Work Schedule: Business hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ?Extended business hours and weekends may be required. Occasional travel will be required, including to the corporate office 1-2 times annually.
