Purpose:
As our Behavioral Health Professional (BHP) on the Boulder Adult Behavior Health Home Team you will work with a collaborative interdisciplinary medical and mental health team to provide whole person care.
Job Summary:
You will be the lead therapist on the integrated team and serve as an expert consultant to the medical team. You will report to the Program Supervisor.
Job Profile:
Are you experienced to conduct initial comprehensive assessments of new clients, and assist the team in conducting updated assessments?
Have you provided brief, episodic psychotherapy, addressing mental health issues and physical health complaints?
Are you looking to manage a small caseload of high need clients needing both psychotherapy and complex case management?

What We Need for this Role:
Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical setting
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Preferred, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or full licensed acquired within twelve (12) months.
Experience providing clinical assessments and brief intervention
Mastery of evidence-based psychotherapy models and practice
Experience working in an integrated health environment
