POSITION PROFILE
The Advanced Solutions Practice (ASP) professional services intern will work on building process automations (Jenkins CI/CD) and resellable RICOH ProcessDirector extensions (primarily in Java and JavaScript) to enhance the implementation team’s tool suite, profitability, and solution delivery efficiency.
The intern will collaborate closely with a mentor and other members of the ASP team to identify requirements, design solutions, and implement and test products and tools.
The work will be performed in an Agile environment with a multidisciplinary team consisting of software engineers and solution-implementation engineers.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Skills:

Postman experience
Jenkins automations server
Linux Shell scripting
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
Working towards - B.S., M.S., or PhD. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Student must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university or enrolled to continue their education in an accredited graduate program
Students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Students are to successfully complete all required screenings prior to hire

Work Environment
Perform tasks in an Agile environment.
Work with a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and solution-implementation engineers
If applicable, will work two days a week onsite in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise levels.
Work assignments are diversified.
Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction
prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
Moderate dexterity
regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination
