Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of industry experience leading engineering initiatives.
Experience in system design and architecting distributed systems.
Experience managing software engineering teams.
Experience building productivity or automation tools for developers.
Experience designing and building infrastructures, frameworks, and tools to speed up development, test, and release
Experience with Linux, Python, and C++.
Experience building developer tooling, developing on a cloud computing platform, and contributing to open source projects.

As Chrome OS continues to expand in enterprise and consumer markets, You will guide our teams, set technical direction, and collaborate across internal and external partners to launch delightful Chrome OS devices. You will use excellent technical leadership skills and help manage the team grow and launching products.

Manage and grow a small to mid-size team of engineers
Partner and collaborate with related engineering teams, product management, and program management to launch high-quality solutions in a timely manner
Provide technical expertise throughout the product life cycle including design, implementation, and delivery
