Robert Half is offering a contract employment opportunity for a hybrid Contracts Managing Attorney for our client in Boulder, Colorado. This role mainly involves managing a variety of contracts within the software industry, providing legal support to the commercial team, and handling terms and conditions, MSAs, SOWs and more. SaaS experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a variety of contracts, including drafting and interpretation

• Provide legal support to the commercial team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations

• Handle terms and conditions, MSAs, SOWs, and other related documents

• Utilize 'Ironclad' for contracts management software

• Handle and resolve any indemnification issues that may arise

• Draft legal documents and NDAs as needed

• Manage contract administration and document management processes

• Understand and apply contract law principles to daily tasks

• Work with SAAS - Software As A Service for contract management

• Manage commercial agreements and contracts, ensuring they align with the company's commercial terms.

Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management and administration.

• Proficient in document management, contract administration, contract interpretation, and contract law.

• Proven track record of managing contracts, drafting contracts, and drafting legal documents.

• Experience with Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Software As A Service (SaaS) contracts.

• Expertise in Commercial Agreements, Commercial Contracts, and Commercial Terms.

• Familiarity with Ironclad contract management software is a plus.

• Must be able to interpret and negotiate contract terms effectively.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must have a valid license to practice law.

• Must adhere to ethical guidelines set by the legal profession.

• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
