Litigation Attorney

Our client a leading local law firm in Boulder seeks a 4 plus years litigation associate attorney admitted to practice in Colorado who exercises independent judgment and discretion to join our growing litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will be a high performer with between 4+ years of significant experience in general litigation-specializing in civil litigation. The candidate would have experience in managing a litigation caseload (from beginning to end).

Experience drafting legal documents, such as motions, briefs and discovery requests. Experience conducting research on legal issues associated with the case. Experience taking/defending depositions, handling hearings, and trial/arbitration. We are looking for strong writers who have experience with e-discovery platforms. Strong academic credentials are necessary. The firm offers a very competitive salary, bonus over 1700 hours, and excellent benefits. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Attorney/Lawyer

• Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat is required

• Familiarity with Case Management Software and Document Management is necessary

• Must have experience with Conveyancer

• Previous experience in Briefing, Civil Litigation, and Claim Administration is necessary

• Experience in Complaint Handling and Consumer Electronics is preferred

• Must be willing to Attend Conferences and Hearings as part of the role

• Experience in Discovery, including Discovery Responses and Discovery Requests, is required

• Knowledge of e-Discovery, Ediscovery, and Electronic Discovery is essential

• Must have a professional license to practice law

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong ethical standards and a high level of personal integrity

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
