WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU Are you passionate about the environment, an agent for change, and have experience working with life cycle management and product management? As the Associate Director of Journey Management, you will support the Execution Strategies function of TNC's Membership Department through the adoption of new campaign strategies, technologies, and process optimization.
We're looking for someone with life cycle development and product management experience who is comfortable leading a functional team within a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate should have management experience, problem solving skills, an eye for innovation, and the ability to assess risk and exercise judgement within acceptable risk tolerances. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing mission of conservation by shaping and elevating the work of our team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum 8 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Management experience including ability to motivate, lead, set objectives, manage performance, and help with conflict resolution. Experience in project management, developing marketing strategies, and measuring results. Experience successfully working across a variety of cross-functional teams. Experience cultivating and managing client relationships.

ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION Requires travel to in-person events, estimated at up to 8 times per year, as determined by the department lead or manager in support of Membership, functional team, professional development, project, and other work-related activities.
Work requires possible minor physical exertion and/or physical strain.
Work environment involves possible exposure to outdoors or disagreeable elements.
SALARY INFORMATION The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position is generally within the range of $91,600 - $133,400 for annual base salary. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA. Where a successful candidate's actual pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including, for example, the candidate's location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience. Please note countries outside the USA would have a different pay range in the local currency based on the local labor market, and not tied to USA pay or ranges. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
