Position Summary

  • Functional Lead for OPU Internal & External (ExM) Master Data Plant Leads across the operations regions.

  • Accountable for Data compliance and implementation at site operations

  • Lead for OPU Operations Supply Chain data support across Systems, operations, and process changes that impact on Supply Chain processes, SOP's and related activities

Key Responsibilities

Manage Operations:

  • Collaborate with various Site Departments to implement new supply models, product launches, products transfer, ensuring smooth transition into standard ways of working.

  • Work with Site Planning to perform SAP updates to system and structures.

  • Support that product divestitures are transitions smoothly with all stake holders.

  • Support new business integrations.

  • Support projects to ensure they align with existing business process and data requirement/ lead the change in existing business processes and data to support projects.

Support Governance model:

  • Support BMS Data Governance organizational projects

  • Ensure Dashboard implementations and compliance

  • Lead operational assessments of issues raised at corporate Data Governance

  • Lead Data projects in operations.

  • Accountable for Site Data Governance and compliance

Manage information:

  • Ensure data accuracy is maintained for all Site Supply Chain managed data.

  • Accountable for driving standardization across Site master data processes.

  • Accountable for driving master data improvement initiatives across Site departments.

  • Work with the Product Data Management (PDM) organization and other data functions; serves as primary point of contact for the sites/markets regarding data management and maintenance.

  • Oversees compliance of site data to the global data standards and guidelines aligned with enterprise business rules.

  • Manages site specific data management training requirements for all business functions, maintains training schedule

Required Qualifications and Desired Experience

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sciences or Engineering. Master's degree and APICS certification desirable

  • 8 to 10 years' experience in Supply Chain

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic supply chain and supplier relationship management

  • Demonstrated experience in project management and project management techniques and tools

  • Demonstrated competence in managing regulatory changes and labelling management

  • Strong analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills required. Demonstrated ability to frame and build concepts and ideas and develop and execute strategic plans as required

  • Experience in working within a global and culturally diverse organisation; ability to work in a dynamic and flexible environment

  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to organise and present information to cross-functional audiences and senior leaders

  • Demonstrated ability in performing in a fast paced, changing and demanding environment

  • Able to present and share ideas through an executive summary of overall status and propose proactive plans for resolution
