Employment Terms :

• 12-month assignment with the intention to convert in 2026 for the right candidate

• Pay Rate: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Job Overview : The Calibration and Equipment Vendor Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating calibration services with OEM vendors and managing purchase requisitions for the Calibration, Operations Engineering, and Facilities teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with OEM vendors for equipment calibration that can only be performed by them, including process, shipment, and payment

• Support the CERDAAC equipment asset management system as needed

• Create and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for the operations engineering, calibration, and facilities teams

• Manage invoices and resolve match exceptions to ensure timely payment

• Address and resolve purchasing problems between departments and vendors

• Complete paperwork to add new vendors to the D365 ERP system

• Procure necessary supplies and services as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to improve and implement purchase requisition processes

Experience, Education, and Traits :

• High school diploma required

• Prior experience in creating and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders

• Experience working with calibration systems is desired

Desired Skills :

• Experience with D365 is a plus, but any experience with purchase requisitions is helpful; a willingness to learn with attention to detail is crucial

• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Exceptional attention to detail
