Responsible for researching, planning and producing holistic experience concepts and specifications that optimize the user experience across all medium (hardware, software, environment, etc), for specific touch points of the complete solution; for the mutual benefit of both user and business. Responsible for gaining user insights and leveraging them to drive design direction or improve existing designs. Work within this job family falls into three major categories: (1) enhancements - changes to original design and extensions to existing programs. (2) new experience designs (3) strategic experience design – new or improved ecosystem experience, experience design, etc.

The Senior Product (UX) Designer role and design team ensures that we create experiences that deliver delightful innovative experiences to our customers and partners. And that we incubate new ways of working that will move the product and company forward. How You'll Make Your Mark:
You’ll leverage an iterative, user-centered approach and solid UI design skills to conceive and deliver valuable new experiences for our customers and partners across mobile and web platforms.
As a member of our Design team, you will contribute to all aspects of the product development lifecycle — from research and ideation through to detailed design and delivery — with an emphasis on rapid prototyping, frequent validation with end users, and creatively approaching constraints.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other disciplines to identify what will be most critical to the success of a product, what it should feel like to interact with a product or service across multiple touchpoints, and to define how we bring that experience into reality. In this work, you will actively look for opportunities to apply new tools and technologies that can help enrich the capabilities of our products and services.
Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers and content strategists
Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our large enterprise customers
Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of HPE products
Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant for our supported platforms
Manage rapid prototyping and user testing process with regards to ongoing sprints.
Support engineering in all QA and Testing of our products and services
Stay up-to-date and educate the team trends on mobile, web application and emerging user experience
Work in an agile team and contribute to QA, testing and the creation of tickets.
Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company
Experience representing work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly articulating the goals and concepts Preferred Qualifications
Experience showcasing your end-to-end design process across multiple projects, that include interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes
Experience connecting your work with other cross-product initiatives within the company to drive collaboration
Working knowledge of design principles; mobility, edge computing, data analytics and interaction design.
Expert with Figma, Sketch, Principle, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar. Prototyping tools such as Invision, Loom, and/or Agile Usability Tools.
Excellent attention to detail
Meticulous and diligent
Experience with React UI framework is a plus
Experience with Safe Agile framework is a plus
