The Senior Strategist works closely with partners across functions and global regions to help lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, retain and drive operational scale, and improve efficiency for continuous exponential growth.

Who you are

• Help identify, scope, and drive critical global sales initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization

• Drive sophisticated research and analysis (e.g. revenue, customer, market or competitive trends and insights) for senior leadership to aid decision-making

• Complete analysis and assessment of growth opportunities; refine operating metrics to shift objectives and priorities for the global business

• Manage the identification and implementation of critical projects and sales initiatives for the full value chain of customers for Indeed (SMB, Enterprise)

• Drive operational excellence through the identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business

• Collaborate cross-functionally (with Finance, Product, Service teams) to refine recommendations and develop joint action plans.

Who we are

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance or other professional services OR strategy & operations experience at a technology company

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with quantitative coursework (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience

• Experience analyzing large data sets with spreadsheet software and data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) database query experience (e.g. SQL)

• Proven analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management skills

• International work experience

• Excellent leadership and influencing skills

• Client service mentality, willingness to partner openly with other functions

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Austin Remote 90,000- 130,000 USD per year

Scottsdale 86,000- 124,000 USD per year

Seattle 98,000- 142,000 USD per year

San Francisco Bay Area 118,000- 170,000 USD per year

US Remote 90,000- 130,000 USD per year

Toronto 85,000 to 123,000 CAD per year
