Job Functions & Responsibilities: As the leader of the SOE Supply Chain Team, You will become the primary contact for all supplier related business within the SOE division of the company and will also have the opportunity to participate in every step of data driven decision-making processes to include (but not limited to) coaching and development of sales representatives, actively engaging in deal strategy and negotiations, hiring top talent, holding the team accountable, and ensuring excellent stakeholder experience for all our key suppliers and SOE customers.
This position will oversee the core business functions below. Specific execution will be carried out by Market / Category Managers, Product Specialists, Supplier Account Representatives, and Program managers. The Senior Director of SOE Supply Chain may assume a "player-coach" role on any of these business functions depending upon the size and scope of the Market, and customer and organizational needs.

Development and Management of SOE Supply Chain team members
Performance Standards: The SOE Supply Chain Team and your success will be measured by customer and supplier satisfaction, hitting annual territory and team goals, team engagement and overall sales growth.
10+ years of business development experience with a track record of capture and program management within the Tactical and Fire market
10+ years of experience with US Government contracting and acquisition
5+ years of experience using Salesforce, Netsuite/Oracle, Tableau, Slack and other Business Software
Broad, an exceptional understanding of SOE customers, operations, and requirements coupled with a of key industry supplier relationships
Extensive defense business development experience with a track record of capture and program management within the SOE market
Strong understanding of Noble Contract Vehicles
Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to easily communicate complex ideas, issues and designs to a diverse audience
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience at Noble or military may be acceptable upon hiring managers discretion
Prior experience in management or leadership role is preferred
