The Work:

Delivery

  • Lead SAP HXM (HR, Talent, Benefits, Time, Payroll, Analytics) implementations with SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software solution

  • Establish & Mobilize Project Management Office (PMO) that includes scope management, resource management, schedule management, budget management, project planning, governance, ways of working, team morale management etc

  • Deliver project scope with high quality and on-time and on-budget.

  • Develop strong relationships with senior clients and gain the trust

  • Create executive and steering committee status meetings material and lead the meeting to deliver key messages in way that instills confidence on delivery

  • Lead workstream leads, project management leads, solution architects, process architects, and other resources including client resources to achieve project objectives.

  • Direct functional and technical workshops, share leading practices, create decision framework, create point of view document and lead resolution of issues by gaining necessary stakeholder alignment

  • Lead project phase gate management and address issues to keep the project on-track to deliver project objectives

  • Lead deployment management that includes ensuring business readiness, change readiness, IT readiness, system readiness, test readiness, and data readiness

  • Direct test management that includes unit test management, system integration test management, user acceptance test management, and regression test management

  • Lead discovery projects the define scope, schedule, deployment approach, resource needs, budget needs, business case etc to in line with client’s HR Technology strategy

  • Lead business and value case creation

  • Coach and develop project team members to create a high performance team

  • Manage project financials and client data protection

    Sales

  • Originate sales opportunities in collaboration with SAP and Partner Software Vendors, Account Team, and Capability Teams

  • Develop pipeline and advance them to convert them to sales

  • Lead sales pursuit from capability perspective to create compelling sales messages, sales responses for RFQ, RFI, RFQ etc, lead sales orals, lead statement of work (SOW) creation, manage sales closure process

    Travel

  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

    Here’s what you need:

  • Must have led 2+ end-2-end implementation as Delivery Lead. At least one of those should be a global implementation

  • Must have led 2+ sales pursuit as delivery lead with sales value of $10M+ in the recent year.

  • Must have demonstrated advisory skills to guide the client for decision making

  • Must have executive presence and demonstrated executive communication

  • Domain of delivery should be SuccessFactors modules such as EC (preferred), PMGM, Comp etc.

  • Must have experienced with sales process from opportunity generation to pursuit, to sales closure

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below. California: $131,100 to $302,400

Colorado: $131,100 to $261,300

New York: $121,400 to $302,400

Washington: $139,600 to $278,200
