Wayfair Premium Merchandising Product Content Associate in Boston, Massachusetts
<p>We are looking for a Premium Product Merchandising Associate to help craft and bring to life product-specific rich merchandising content within Wayfair’s specialty proprietary brands (including Wayfair Basics, Kelly Clarkson NYC, and Specialty Brands such as AllModern & Birch Lane). In this role you will work closely with cross functional partners such as creative, copywriting, site operations, merchants, and marketing channel partners to deliver compelling and relevant content to the customer throughout their journey. And, you’ll enable customers to find these richly merchandised products through pathways such as filters, navigation, brand/landing pages, and more.</p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as the merchandising liaison to ensure we are appropriately elevating the assortment of our Premium Branded Specialty Products – e.g. Wayfair Proprietary Brands (ex: RE/FINE, Modern Row, Kelly Clarkson Home) and Specialty Retail Brands (AllModern, Joss & Main,Birch Lane), inclusive of product content and value propositions to create rich PDP experiences</li>
<li>Work closely with creative partners to enhance brand storytelling via E2E customer content delivery including wireframes page designs & copywriting prioritization</li>
<li>Interact with key partners and products to deepen product expertise and garner insights on the latest trends to support our Go To Market Seasons</li>
<li>Track impact, report out effectively and make decisions based on learning and data </li>
<li>Challenge the status quo and always be on the lookout for ways to streamline and improve the efficiency of existing processes while effectively managing stakeholders </li>

<p><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)</li>
<li>1-3 years of relevant work or internship experience</li>
<li>Proactive and eager to constantly seek out opportunities to make an impact</li>
<li>Creative mindset; experience using Canva or GenAI is a plus </li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize projects and multitask to get things done</li>
<li>Highly detail oriented; unafraid of complexity or ambiguity</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders</li>
<li>Able to coordinate global, cross-functional projects, providing clear & constructive </li>
<li>Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li>
<li>Comfortable navigating structured and unstructured data, knowledge of SQL, Looker, DataStudio</li>
