Robert Half Marketing Production Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

We are in search of a Marketing Production Manager to join our team in the bustling city of Boston, Massachusetts. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within the marketing industry. As a Marketing Production Manager, you will be working closely with various teams, managing workflow processes and coordinating the creation of marketing deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and manage the workflow of marketing projects, ensuring all information is complete and assigning tasks to the appropriate creative team.

• Act as a liaison between different teams to develop and maintain project schedules, statuses, and communications.

• Ensure all marketing deliverables are taken through the appropriate quality, legal, and client approval processes.

• Review and coordinate edits of marketing materials between internal clients and agencies.

• Assist in the quality control process, ensuring marketing materials are produced according to specifications.

• Take appropriate action if deadlines are not met, ensuring deliverables are reviewed, approved, and released on time.

• Submit marketing materials to Compliance and coordinate edits and approvals.

• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and effectively resolve issues.

• Participate in regular Production and Design meetings.

• Utilize your skills in Communication, Microsoft Excel, Marketing, Training, Compliance, Microsoft Word, Quality, Review, and Workflow Processes to ensure success in this role.Ma

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in marketing and understanding of best practices

• Ability to train and support team members

• Adherence to compliance regulations and quality control standards

• Experience in production and security management

• Proven ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks

• Familiarity with networks and providing workstation support

• Experience as a liaison between different teams and suppliers

• Understanding of workflow processes and ability to ensure deliverable quality

• Experience with About Time software

• Ability to review and create specifications for different tasks

• Experience working in a media agency is a plus

• Ability to be onsite when required
