​​The Industry Leader plays a crucial role in providing consulting services to our F500 clients within financial services. As an Industry Leader, you will lead a team of 50+ overseeing the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with client expectations, timelines, and budgets. This is leadership role executing the vision and growth strategies for the consulting practice, driving innovation and aligning business objectives with market opportunities.

What You'll Do at Pega:

​​​​You are responsible for leading large, F500 client relationships, consulting sales and overseeing the successful delivery of Pega solutions within Pega’s financial services business unit. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction by effectively coordinating the efforts of the consulting sales team and ensuring smooth delivery operations. You will be responsible for oversight and ownership of a large financial services P&L. ​​​

Who You Are:

• ​​​​Thrive on overseeing the end-to-end delivery process of consulting projects for industry-specific clients while working closely with delivery leaders, project managers, technical teams, product engineering, and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation.

• ​Passionate about providing strategic guidance and direction for the company's industry consulting practice.

• ​You have a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including prospecting and qualifying potential clients. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including decision-makers and influencers.

• ​Keen on maintaining compliance with financial regulations, procurement policies, and ethical standards in all business activities while identifying and mitigating potential risks related to project delivery, client relationships, and legal or contractual obligations.

• ​A thought leader at Pega! Being a central figure in the banking and financial services domain by authoring articles, delivering presentations, and participating in panel discussions.​

What You've Accomplished:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).​

• ​​Lead sales and delivery teams in achieving bookings and revenue targets and provide guidance and support in closing deals.

• ​Proven track record in sales and business development within the banking and financial services industry, ideally in software consulting or IT services.​

• ​​Strong understanding of industry procurement processes, policies, and regulations.

• ​Experience managing complex software consulting projects from initiation to delivery.

• ​Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-makers.

• ​Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial plans for the industry consulting division.

• ​Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire groups of managers and large teams of individual contributors towards achieving sales and delivery targets.​​​
