Robert Half HR Coordinator in Boston, Massachusetts

Description We are in search of a HR Coordinator to join our team based in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves a blend of customer service and data collection responsibilities in a private membership club environment. You will be the initial point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a friendly and detail oriented atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for members and guests, fostering a welcoming environment.

• Efficiently manage valet service duties and contribute to the improvement of its operations.

• Uphold a detail oriented image by adhering to the established dress code.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the establishment during specified shifts.

• Accurately collect and record demographic information from members and guests.

• Strive to provide a positive experience for all visitors in all guest-facing roles.

• Utilize your customer service skills to effectively communicate with and assist guests.

• Ensure timely and accurate collection of data for analysis and reporting purposes.

• Maintain a customer service-oriented role with a focus on data collection. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role within an HR department.

• Strong knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of local and federal employment legislation.

• Strong customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Certified detail oriented in Human Resources (CPHR) certification would be an asset.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills would be beneficial.
