Aerotek Facilities Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

Seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join the Building Operations Team at a historical library in Boston, MA. Reporting to the Director of Building Operations, the Facilities Manager’s primary responsibility is to oversee all aspects of daily operations of the building. The position works closely with the entire facilities staff to assist with maintenance, repair, and general operation of the building including: monitoring staff and vendor performance to ensure the highest quality service and value, recommending improvements to operations, and planning and scheduling of work orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor Degree in Facilities Engineering or related field preferred, but not required

● 5 years of increasing experience in a facilities or trades management role

● Experience working with a historic property and collections preferred

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $90000.00
