Summary

Reporting to theLead Data Integrations Analyst, the Data Integrations Analyst plays a key role in the design, enablement, enhancement, and management of data integrationimplementationsofHealthEdgeGuidingCare® application. The Data Integrations Analyst works closely with customer liaisonsand the engineering teamon gathering customer data and information requirements as a key enabler of dataingestion andtransformation and the company’s end-to-end technology solutions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for building end-to-end solutions and understanding of data transformation as it flows through key business processes

• Perform technical analysis, querydatabasesand do data mining in various modulesofGuidingCare

• Design mappings (extracting,transformingand loading data) and ETL transformations from a variety of data formats like JSON, XML, CSV, TXT, HL7 and EDI and structure into enterprise-scale databases

• Initiate, conduct and facilitate discussions with multiple stakeholders, and translate the results,documentand communicatedata integrationrequirements

• Analyze, design, optimize and enhance EDI applicationsspecificationsin various formats that include HIPAA standard formats-Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

• Work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to understand and gather customer’s data integration requirements

• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scope, customer expectations, technical requirements, and provide input into the project plan by identification of risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.

• Document and maintain the APIs (Application Programming Interface) and help the clients to implement the same

• Provide feedback of storage infrastructure and application designs to ensure they are aligned with business requirements.

• Analyze common issues in API calls that include various error codes in 4xx series and business logic validation

• Assist client to set up SSO (Single Sign-On) to login into the GuidingCare© product using a variety of SSO mechanisms like Basic Single Sign-On, OAuth2.0 and Federated Single Sign-On with SAML 2.0

• Provide the global Product Support Team with guidance and technical knowledge on reporteddata and data integrationsissues.

• Maintain data integration documentation and process flow of all data interfaces

• Support data interface development, testing, integration, and deployment in partnership withHealthEdge’sglobal Product Management, Engineering, QualityAssuranceand Interface teams

• Provide internal and external (client) training relative toHealthEdgedata integration solutions and operational procedures

• Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements

• Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable)

• A master’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or any engineering discipline is a bonus qualification

• Averypositive attitude in solving client problems, strong analytical skills, agile,responsiveand more importantly being self-drivento lead multiple projects

• 3+yearsof demonstrated employment experience in SQL Server/MySQL/Python/JavaScript/dataanalysis/business analysis.

• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated employment experiencewriting/preparing SQL queriesand APIs

• Bonus: Knowledge of EDI 278,EDI834andEDI837formatsalong with REST APIs
