CVS Health Coordinator, Pharmacy Technician - Retail Customer Care Clinical Team in Boston, Massachusetts

Position Summary

The Retail Customer Care Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support for the call center clinical team. This role is mostly remote, but does have a requirement to work on-site in Cumberland, RI at least once a month for regulatory support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Facilitate order reviews for Outside Vendor program

• Troubleshoot complex order issues

• Facilitate and support management with interdepartmental communications

• Support management with IT requests for call center colleagues

• Provide ad hoc reporting from call center applications for management review

• Provide daily administrative support as needed for call center leadership

• Perform license and compliance monitoring and filing

The candidate should demonstrate a positive demeanor, adaptability to a fast-paced call center with sound time management skills, and ability to make appropriate decisions with limited guidance

Required Qualifications

  • Resident of RI or MA

  • Able to commute to Cumberland, RI facility for on-site support as needed

  • Licensed Pharmacy Technician in state of residence

  • 1+ years experience in high volume call center

  • 1+ years of customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality)

  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office

  • Ability to obtain required Pharmacy Technician license

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in a structured, fast paced call center environment

  • Possess excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Working knowledge of outside vendor ordering processes and procedures

  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels and prepare effective written documents

Education

Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
