Job Title: Building Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Building Engineer for large office high-rises in downtown Boston. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the building by performing Preventive Maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance, and individual tasks using the work order system. Please note that this position includes on-call duties and may occasionally require weekend and night work.

Qualifications:

• General knowledge of building systems

• Understanding of chiller plant and cooling tower operations

• Building automation experience, preferably Siemens

• Ability to navigate a fire alarm panel

Work Environment:

The primary work location is a 34-story office building in Boston. However, work will also be performed at a smaller commerce center in the same area.

Pay:

Unlicensed $28-34/hr

Licensed $35-42/hr

Hours:

Monday-Friday (No Weekends)

8:00am-4:30pm

10:00am-6:30pm
