Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney in the education sector, based in Boston, Massachusetts. As an Attorney, your role will involve providing support in the areas of business operations, commercial contracting, and general transactions for various departments and colleges.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing a range of university contracts with precision and accuracy

• Enforcing university contracts to ensure compliance

• Supporting commercial contracting processes and business operations

• Negotiating terms and conditions of IT and Software agreements

• Crafting Business Services Agreements in accordance with university regulations

• Assisting with the drafting and negotiation of Marketing and Communications Agreements

• Contributing to the creation of Executive Search Agreements

• Utilizing skills in Business & Commercial Law to support the university's legal needs

• Employing the 3M and SaaS tools for effective contract management. Requirements • Candidate must have a valid license to practice law.

• Proven experience in the education sector is essential.

• Proficiency in 3M and SaaS is required.

• Extensive knowledge of Business & Commercial Law is necessary.

• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements is crucial.

• Must have the ability to draft agreements and contracts effectively.

• Experience in executive search is a plus.

• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.

• Must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethics.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines is necessary.

• Experience in providing legal advice on a wide range of legal and policy issues is required.
