My client, a Global Public Biotech is hiring an Associate Director of Accounting Operations to join the team. The Associate Director of Accounting Operations reports to the Director of Accounting for the company. In this role, the AD of Accounting Ops will have 2 Direct Reports and 6 Indirect Reports and be heavily involved with AP, AR, Month End CLose, PTP and alot more!. Compensation is $175-190K + 20% Bonus + Options + RSU's. This company is doing really well, is very well funded, has a commercial product that has been successful, offers nice growth potential, is 100% REMOTE, offer great benefits including starting with 6 weeks of PTO along with a great 401K match and a whole lot more!

Requirements

• 8+ years of Public/Private Accounting experience

• BIG4/TOP 7 experience

• CPA Required

• Global Company experience

• Life Sciences experience

• Heavy AP/AR Management
