Job Summary

As a part of the Bruno Total Home Performance team, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team to demonstrate technical competency and exceed customer expectations by accomplishing the highest quality workmanship, every time. By working closely with the operational team, you will complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company?s financial goals.

General Position Summary & Responsibilities:The customer experience rep is responsible for including but not limited too:

  • contacting customers regarding scheduling and updates

  • Value added customer service

  • Maintenance scheduling and follow up

  • Act as a customer liason

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Essential Functions:

  • Manage high volume of incoming calls and customer service inquiries

  • Communicates effectively with customers/clients

  • Contact and confirm appointments with the appropriate person at the home/location

  • Validate and confirm customers account information

  • Clearly communicate while providing an outstanding level of customer service

  • Resolve customer complaints

  • Provide thorough detail to strengthen opportunities for other departments as well as techs servicing the clients

  • Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Experience with Microsoft office and ability to learn new software

  • Must be available to work all shifts including Day,Evening and Weekend shifts

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time ( 8 hrs or more, 40 or more hours per week. This is a desk position)
