Homestead Landscaping, Ltd. (Bondville, VT) seeks Landscape Laborer - 10 full-time, temporary, seasonal (H-2B) jobs available 04/01/25 - 11/30/25. H-2B application to be concurrently filed with USDOL. Duties: Responsible for all phases of landscape maintenance and weekly lawn service. This includes mowing, raking, shoveling, trimming, blowing, edging, install/pruning/trimming of trees and bushes, installing sod, flowers and other plants and decorative stone. Grading, laying down mulch/topsoil, seasonal clean-ups. Hauling and spreading mulch and topsoil using wheelbarrow. Clean and maintain tools and equipment. Use an array of hand tools and gas-powered tools, including mowers, string trimmers, air blowers, shears. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to bend, kneel, climb, stand and walk. Post-accident drug testing at employer\'s expense. Daily transportation to/from worksite will be provided to the workers at no charge (e.g. designated pick-up location). Worksite: 5 Lower Taylor Hill Bondville VT Bennington 05340. Travel to various worksites within Bennington, Windham, and Windsor Counties in Vermont. No education required. No experience required. On-the-job training provided. Work hours: Mon-Fri, 7am-4:30pm, 45 hours/week. Saturday work required, when necessary. Schedule, hours, and overtime hours may vary. \$21.20-22.00/hour, OT at \$31.80-33.00/hour. Bonuses/raises may be paid at employer discretion based on performance, skill, tenure. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Friday. All deductions from the worker\'s paycheck required by law will be made. Voluntary housing arrangements may be provided, upon availability, along with the corresponding deduction. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H- 2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are \$15.88/day without receipts or up to \$59/day with receipts.
