We are looking for a Sales Manager Territory (T-A), committed to Direct Customers, to be hired with a permanent contract in our office site in Bologna (Italy) within the Sales Area.

Your Challenge

As a Sales Manager Territory (T-A) your mission will be to implement a customer centric vision and growth mindset approach, for the development and growth of important customers, setting strategy, achieving quarterly sales objectives, and providing direction and leadership to assigned multiple Sales Representatives.

She/He will be Sales responsible for selected customers and sales agents in the Macro Area T-A , inside Digital Industries Italy.

She/he will also set the strategy to win new customers in coordination with BU’s and Sales in the Italian T-A territory. Digitalization will be key factor for the success of this role.

She/he will report directly to Macro Area Manager.

Some of the main activities will be:

  • Establish a good relationship with the assigned customers at every level of the customer’s organization

  • Define strategy and go to market (technical and sales)

  • Create tailored Business Plans

  • Coordinate Sales Representatives (setting target and monitoring performance)

  • Prepare accurate proposals based on customer requests.

  • Drive Digital Transformation

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Relevant Sales experience in Industrial Automation, Motion Control, Digitalization fields

  • Nice to have: Knowledge of Siemens products and solutions

  • Strong customer-centric approach

  • The ability to handle resources, activities, and time.

  • Passion to never-stop growing

  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

  • Proficiency in English and Italian

  • Eligibility to work in Italy
