Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. You will drive business objectives in safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness. Your role includes counseling and supporting hourly employees, addressing performance behaviors, and engaging the workforce in problem-solving. You will apply Workplace Organization (WPO) processes, perform daily Timekeeping System (TKS) updates, and use A-3 reporting for problem-solving activities. Daily huddle-up meetings, weekly safety observation tours, and adherence to contractual requirements are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support colleagues to optimize shift performance and enforce shop rules.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in BOLINGBROOK, IL.

Work Environment

This position operates in a 2-shift system: 1st shift from 5:30am - 2pm and 2nd shift from 2pm - 11:30pm. There is also a swing shift from 8am - 4:30pm. The work week is generally Monday through Friday, with up to 5 hours of overtime expected. The dress code is business casual with specific guidelines (no frayed, ripped or torn clothing, no open-toe shoes, no heels, and shoes should be of 'leather-like' material). All necessary PPE will be provided and must be worn on the plant floor. No earbuds are allowed on the plant floor. A laptop and cell phone will be provided if necessary.
