We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The role will be based in Bolingbrook, Illinois. As a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant, you will primarily be tasked with leading the planning, monitoring, and delivery of ERP Implementation Projects for our business. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Steer the planning and execution of the ERP Implementation Project for the USA and Canada business.

• Monitor the progress of the ERP landscape transformation from Microsoft Navision 2009 to our new Global Template ERP deployment of D365 Business Central Cloud and Eque2 Evision Construction Vertical Solution.

• Ensure seamless integration with Business Central.

• Oversee the successful deployment of projects within the construction/manufacturing/engineering industry.

• Collaborate with the IT team based in the UK and be open to travel to 4 sites in the US and 2 in Canada as per business needs.

• Leverage your expertise in Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, About Time, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, Change Management, Communication, and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for effective project management.

• Utilize Navision for efficient business operations.

• Manage project changes and ensure they are adequately implemented and documented.

• Ensure all project activities adhere to the industry standards and company policies.

Requirements • Proven experience in a Project Management or Senior Consultant role within the manufacturing industry

• Demonstrable proficiency in Atlassian Jira

• Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies

• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies

• Experience with CRM systems

• Familiarity with Database management

• Proficiency in About Time software

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology

• Understanding of Budget Processes

• Expertise in Change Management processes

• Excellent Communication skills

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Familiarity with Navision

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
