Description
A Robert Half client located in the western suburbs is immediately seeking an Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk will report directly to the Finance Manager and will have the ability to work hybrid. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and other duties as assigned.
To be successful in the role, the Accounting Clerk will need at least three years of accounting experience. SAP experience is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred as well.

Requirements
• Must possess a minimum of 3 years experience in an Accounting Clerk role or similar
• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Billing and Invoice Processing is necessary
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP is required
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately process financial data
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must possess a degree in accounting or related field from a recognized institution.
