Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description
We are looking to hire several MIG welders to join our team on a contract to hire basis. The ideal candidates should have previous MIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints, fabricate, use bandsaws, and work independently. You will be welding and fabricating steel to make frames and components for extended truck beds.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel components.
Fabricate steel structures according to blueprints.
Operate bandsaws and other fabrication machinery.
Read and interpret blueprints accurately.
Work independently to complete tasks efficiently.
Essential Skills
MIG welding experience
Fabrication skills
Blueprint reading
Ability to operate bandsaws
Basic fitting skills
Proficiency in math
Additional Skills & Qualifications
TIG welding experience
Previous fitting experience

Work Environment
Our manufacturing facility features various work stations, fabrication machinery such as press brakes and bandsaws, and dedicated welding stations where products are made. The position operates on a swing shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am, Monday through Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00
