Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile warehouse worker who is eager to take on a variety of tasks and grow within the company. This role primarily involves working in a medium-sized warehouse, handling activities such as pulling, packaging, shipping, and receiving products. The ideal candidate should be willing to assist wherever needed and demonstrate the potential for taking on additional responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

• Pull, package, ship, and receive products

• Operate forklifts (propane and electric) after certification

• Work both inside the warehouse and occasionally outside

• Lift up to 70 lbs on a semi-consistent basis

• Drive and work in the warehouse as needed

Essential Skills

• Previous warehouse experience (picking, packing, shipping, receiving)

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs semi-consistently

• Clean driving record (less than 3 driving infractions in the last year and no DUIs)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required)

• General labor

• Customer service

• Inventory management

• Driving

• Loading and unloading

• Pallet jack operation

Work Environment

The work environment includes a day shift from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a potential shift change to 7 am to 4 pm in the future. Employees are only required to work one Saturday a year to clean the warehouse. The dress code is casual, including jeans or shorts, t-shirts, jackets, and close-toed shoes. Employees will be provided with a company polo.

This is a Contract position based out of Boise, Idaho.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
