Why We Need You

We are growing our Project Management team and looking for talented Program Managers to assist building our team. This new member focuses on the strategic integration and oversight of our client portfolio.

The (PM) will organize, direct, and manage tasks and operational support functions involving multiple complex and interrelated project tasks. The PM will maintain and manage the client interface at the various levels of the client organization. The PM will meet with customer and PagerDuty personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items. Ensures conformance with program task schedules and quality. The PM will establish and maintain technical customer project plans to show the progress of projects to management and customers, organize and delegate responsibilities to supporting teams, and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creates and drives strategic customer plans to ensure entitlements are completed within an agreed upon timeframe and in-line with pre-defined requirementsArticulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the client

  • Maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders with overall responsibility of entitlements

  • Accurately anticipates the implications of events or decisions in the organization and plans strategy accordingly to mitigate scope changes and risk

About You

  • Experience Program Manager, minimum of 3 years

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, ideally in a technical field

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on organizational goals and objectives.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this position is 98,000 - 149,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.

Our base salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range, which is subject to change based on primary work location, reflects the minimum and maximum base salary we expect to pay newly hired employees for the position. Within the range, we determine pay for an individual based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills/competencies and experience.
