Support technology development by developing, deploying, and reporting results from electrical device characterization on groundbreaking memory and storage solutions. Work with typical CMOS and interconnect, while having the opportunity to characterize new novel devices. Partner with engineering teams from process integration, process development, design, product, and quality & reliability.
Employer will accept a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
