Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 3:30PM
Pay rate: $30+ / hr., DOE
Location: Boise, ID
The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
Coordinate with stakeholders and leaders on issues and changes, and provides regular status updates
Oversee workforce readiness and proficiency by monitoring and assigning training
Assist managers in managing their schedules
Create and form trusting relations ships with peers
Initiate tasks and execute accurately
Participate in event planning and be a point of contact for the extended workforce
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
2-5 years in Project Administration or related field
Microsoft Collaboration/Office Software; SAP Platforms; Workday Platforms
Relevant degree or appropriate certification or job experience
High level of PC skills including a familiarity with MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Innovative 2020 Microsoft Office collaboration software skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detailed oriented, organized, and punctual
Passionate, positive, self-motivated, and dedicated to high-quality work
Team player with self-confidence and professional presence
Strong administrative skills with an understanding of purchasing office equipment and maintaining inventory
Preferred:
Material Take-off, procurement ordering experience
Knowledge or experience in workspace design, such as seating and efficient desk placement for maximum space efficiency
